Who can issue the AllAirpasses?
Each travel agent who can book flights and issue tickets is eligible to issue the AllAirpasses.

Can I issue an AllAirpass without booking the flights before departure?
No, all flights have to be booked and flight coupons issued before departure.

How long are the AllAirpasses valid?
The airpasses are valid for one year from the first departure date.

Is it possible to book/issue an airpass for the following year with fares of the current year?
Fares applicable at time of issue are valid for one year.

Can I issue an AllAirpass inside the area where this airpass is valid for?
No, the AllAirpasses can only be sold outside the validity area.  

Is it possible to buy an AllAirpass without holding a transatlantic ticket?
No, the AllAirpasses may only be sold if a transatlantic ticket has been purchased.  It's important that the ticket number of the transatlantic flight is entered on the AllAirpass.

How do I issue the airpass?
With our airpass calculator you can calculate the fare on our website, then book the flights in your GDS according to the applicable booking classes.

With the airpass calculator we have calculated a direct flight, for the same routing our GDS only offers a transfer connection. Is the airpass applicable?
Yes, the airpass is applicable provided that the airline as well as the booking classes are the same in each segment.

After we calculated a route with the airpass calculator we found in our GDS one airline offering a direct flight and another airline offering a transfer connection -
Can I book the transfer connection or am l obliged to book the airline with the direct flight?
If both airlines do offer a fare within the airpass, you can book whichever airline your client prefers.

When calculating taxes on an airpass, must each sector be calculated individually or can you calculate taxes on the entire itinerary?
Taxes can be calculated on the entire itinerary, but in order to calculate the Q-surcharge, please also price the sectors seperately.

What is the ticket limit of the airpass?
According to the AllAirpass rules ticketing has to be completed within 14 days after reservation, unless the operating airline has a shorter requirement.

What is the minimum number of passengers for requesting a group rate?
At least 10 passengers.

Can I issue other airpasses on the Hahn Air document?
Yes, on the Hahn Air document you can also issue the Indian Airlines Airpasses (Discover India Pass, India Wonder Fares, Youth Fares).

Whom do my clients contact if they wish to change the flights of their airpass?
If your clients have not departed yet, the travel agent can refund the current airpass and issue a new one.
If your clients have already started their journey, they need to contact the operating airline locally. Please note that the LAN group does not permit any changes at all.
